Notice
- For requests exceeding the provided hours in a month, additional hours will be billed separately.
- Actual disbursements (telephone, fax, travel, registration, transportation, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred on the Client's behalf) are not included and will be billed separately according to actual payments.
- For the Save and Economic packages, the minimum contract duration and payment term is 12 months; these packages are designed for small companies or companies with fewer legal matters arising.
- For the Basic, Standard and Premium packages, the minimum contract duration and payment term is 3 months.
- For other packages, the contract duration depends on agreement and is payable before the 30th of each month.
- For requests exceeding the scope of a package, we will inform you and issue an engagement letter for a lump-sum or hourly consulting service.
