Choose a structure that fits the business

Registration is only one stage
Decree 168/2025/ND-CP governs enterprise registration. Documents vary with the entity and ownership; applicable beneficial-owner information also needs review. After incorporation, organise capital contributions, corporate records, invoicing, accounting, tax and employment compliance. An Enterprise Registration Certificate does not by itself authorise every proposed activity. Ask for a tailored list of documents and outstanding operating conditions.
